**Arrow Real Estate Advisors Secures $12M Freddie Mac Loan for Bronx Multifamily Property**
Arrow Real Estate Advisors has successfully secured a $12,091,000 Freddie Mac loan for a multifamily property located at 3030 Middletown Road in the Bronx. The financing was arranged by Senior Director Eli Serebrowski and Vice President Meir Schlusselberg on behalf of their client, H Holding Group / Magen Capital, which is led by Sharon Hakmon.
The 50,916-square-foot property comprises 46 residential apartments and two commercial units. This new loan replaces a maturing mortgage and provides the borrower with long-term stability in today’s volatile interest rate environment. The five-year loan includes two years of interest-only payments and carries a fixed interest rate of 5.41%.
