**Ares Acquires 1.6 Million-Square-Foot Industrial Portfolio in Dallas-Fort Worth**
Ares Commercial Real Estate has acquired the DFW Bulk Portfolio, a 1.6 million-square-foot warehouse collection comprising four institutional-grade properties located in three prime submarkets across the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
The portfolio includes properties situated in North Fort Worth, East Fort Worth, and the Great Southwest submarkets. Notable assets within the acquisition are 35/820 @ Mercantile Center at 4800 N. Sylvania Road and the Riverbend Distribution Center at 2101 Reeves Place in Fort Worth, along with the Northlake Business Center and Arlington Tech Center.
The entire portfolio is fully leased to six tenants operating in a range of industries, including apparel distribution, third-party logistics, environmental services, portable storage solutions, HVAC distribution, and automotive services.
The transaction was facilitated by JLL Capital Markets, with Trent Agnew, Tom Weber, Pauli Kerr, Keenan Ryan, and Brennan Fewin representing the seller.
