The Feil Organization has recently secured a long-term lease for 142,308 square feet at 488 Madison in Midtown. This brings the building’s occupancy to over 90%, with the Archdiocese of New York as its newest tenant. As one of the largest dioceses in the nation, they will occupy five floors of this prestigious tower.

This move is part of their strategic plan to optimize resources and streamline operations by consolidating their central office space and returning to their campus near St. Patrick’s Cathedral. The relocation is set for 2025.

CBRE representatives Mary Ann Tighe and Lauren Crowley Corrinet facilitated this deal on behalf of the Archdiocese while Andrew Wiener represented The Feil Organization internally. According to Tighe, “The Feil Organization has built a strong reputation as a multi-generational owner/operator that delivers on its promises.” Their proven track record was crucial in securing this turnkey space for our client.”

This transaction marks another successful milestone for both parties involved and further solidifies Midtown’s position as a prime location for top-tier organizations like the Archdiocese of New York.
