**Former Antioch Music Venue to Be Transformed into Mixed-Use Development**
Link Logistics is set to redevelop a long-vacant amphitheater site in Antioch, Tennessee, into a mixed-use community featuring residential, commercial, and industrial spaces. Plans for the 65.32-acre property at 3839 Murfreesboro Pike include 174 townhomes, 61 single-family residences, approximately 25,000 square feet of commercial space, and 500,000 square feet designated for a business park and industrial use.
In addition to the residential and commercial components, the development will feature a range of community amenities including a clubhouse and pool, a neighborhood park, a playground, a greenway trail, and a venue park and pavilion designed for outdoor gatherings and events.
The Nashville Business Journal reports that in total, the project will consist of 235 residential units along with flexible commercial spaces for retail, restaurants, and entertainment. The property, formerly home to a 17,000-seat music venue operated by Live Nation Entertainment Inc., has been inactive since the site closed in 2007.
The ambitious redevelopment aims to revitalize this long-idle tract into a vibrant and multi-functional community hub.
