Phase 3 Real Estate Partners, Inc. has successfully leased a 20,000-square-foot space to AnaBios at GENESIS-San Diego in downtown San Diego. This lease brings the eight-story, Class A life science building to half occupancy with tenants such as Novoron Bioscience, Excellos and Native Microbials.

According to Andre Ghetti, founder and CEO of AnaBios: “We believe that our location in downtown San Diego near other life science companies as well as the Convention Center and airport will greatly contribute to our growth.” He also mentioned that Phase 3 Real Estate Partners’ commitment to innovation aligns perfectly with their vision for the future.

The lease was facilitated by JLL’s Chad Urie, Grant Schoneman and Taylor DeBerry on behalf of Phase 3 while Jon Engle and John Hundley from Newmark represented AnaBios. AnaBios Leases Over Half of Downtown San Diego’s Newest Life Science Building

Phase 3 Real Estate Partners has secured another major tenant for its recently converted GENESIS-San Diego property located in downtown San Diego. The company announced today that it has signed a new lease agreement with biotech firm AnaBioSolutions (AnaBio) for approximately one-half (50%)of its total available space measuring over eight stories high covering an area spanning more than two hundred thousand square feet or roughly twenty-thousand square meters which makes it one among several premier class-A wet lab buildings in the area.

According to AnaBio’s CEO and founder Andre Ghetti, being situated near other life science companies, as well as having easy access to the Convention Center and airport, will serve as a key catalyst for their growth. He also expressed his excitement about partnering with Phase 3 Real Estate Partners who share their vision of innovation and providing an inspiring environment for businesses like theirs.
