Three mixed-use apartment buildings located at 504-508 E 12th St in New York have recently sold for $19.5 million. The identities of the buyer and seller remain undisclosed.
These three buildings, situated in Alphabet City, encompass a total area of 30,858 square feet and offer a combination of 54 residential units and four commercial units ranging from one to four bedrooms. The new owner plans to maximize the potential of this property by renovating both the apartments and retail spaces.
The sale was facilitated by Marcus & Millichap’s team consisting of Joe Koicim, Logan Markley, Zan Colin, and Matt Berger.
This transaction marks another successful deal in Alphabet City’s thriving real estate market as demand for mixed-use properties continues to rise.
