**Albion Residential Breaks Ground on Magnolia Ridge Apartment Complex in Des Peres**
Albion Residential, a Chicago-based real estate firm, along with partners Koplar Properties and Theis Group, has officially broken ground on Magnolia Ridge, a new multifamily residential development in Des Peres, Missouri.
Magnolia Ridge is a five-story, 182-unit residential community located at 13431 Manchester Road. Construction of the project is being led by Brinkmann Constructors, with financing provided by Old National Bank. The development is expected to be completed by spring 2027.
Andrew Yule, Executive Vice President of Development and Construction at Albion Residential, commented on the company’s decision to invest in the St. Louis area:
“We’re believers in the long-term potential of the St. Louis area, and when the opportunity to close on this project and break ground almost immediately presented itself, we did not hesitate,” said Yule. “Magnolia Ridge will be a tremendous residential option in a great area of the city, and along with our Albion West End project, we’re proud to double down on our investment in St. Louis.”
This marks another significant step for Albion in the region, following the recent groundbreaking of the Albion West End, a 30-story residential tower.
Magnolia Ridge is expected to offer modern living in one of the area’s most desirable locations, further contributing to Albion Residential’s growing footprint in the Midwest.
