**Aimbridge Hospitality Adds voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort to Portfolio**

Aimbridge Hospitality has introduced the voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort by IHG as the newest property in its recently launched All-Inclusive Division. Situated in Port St. Lucie along Florida’s scenic Treasure Coast, the 335-room resort marks the company’s first all-inclusive property in the United States.

The resort is owned by Feenix Venture Partners and Ghost Tree Partners and is currently undergoing a $50 million renovation as part of its transition to the voco Hotels brand. The first phase of the renovations is scheduled for completion in early 2026.

Guests will enjoy an all-inclusive experience covering meals, beverages, daily activities, and entertainment—all included in one upfront price to offer greater value and ease. Renovation plans include revitalized guest rooms and suites, as well as the addition of new dining options such as a sports bar, a pool bar, and multiple specialty restaurants.

The revamped resort will also introduce expanded sports and recreational amenities, including an arcade, an activity center, a fitness facility, and water sports. A full-service marina will be available on-site. Sports enthusiasts will benefit from pickleball courts, tennis facilities, and soccer fields, among other recreational options.

This strategic addition further strengthens Aimbridge Hospitality’s growing footprint in the all-inclusive segment, signaling a significant step in the company’s U.S. expansion strategy.
