The AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) recently acquired a 53,978-square-foot warehouse and distribution facility in Carson for $20 million. The property, located at 18421 S. Main St., was sold by Shultz Properties and represented by brokers from Kidder Mathews. AHF was represented by Ram Rafiee of BRC Advisors.

Headquartered in Los Angeles, AHF is a global nonprofit organization that provides medical care and advocacy services to individuals regardless of their ability to pay. As the world’s largest provider of HIV treatment, this purchase will allow them to efficiently distribute life-saving medicines to pharmacies worldwide.

According to Andrew Dilfer from Kidder Mathews, “This exceptional property will serve an important purpose in our community as it helps save lives through the distribution of medicine.” Luke Staubitz also noted that despite challenges in the current market climate, significant sales like this one are still possible.
