Atlas Global is set to develop a sprawling 3,000+ acre industrial site in Winslow, Arizona. This ambitious project will support the city’s future by providing state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities for clean energy industries, medical care facilities, education centers, parks and recreational areas, and retail spaces. To kickstart this development process, the US Department of Transportation has granted Atlas a million dollars for engineering plans.

The I-40 TradePort Corridor (I40TPC) is an 805-mile coalition spanning multiple states that aims to establish a network of clean energy logistics hubs as part of the nation’s supply chain solution. The primary goal of this project is to bypass the slow performance currently plaguing Southern California’s Inland Empire and mitigate potential negative impacts on national supply chains in the future. JLL has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for this venture.

According to Bill Honsaker from JLL: “I40TPC Winslow marks an exciting new chapter in Arizona’s industrial evolution. It offers a unique mega-site with excellent multimodal connectivity and modern amenities without any barriers hindering market entry.”
