The Richardson City Plan Commission has approved an updated plan for a mixed-use development in the city. The revised proposal, presented by developer Brandon Hancock of Lang Partners, includes 373 apartments in a five-story building and three live-work units near the intersection of West Spring Valley Road and S. Sherman Street.

According to Community Impact, Hancock believed that the original plan for 299 units would not be feasible and thus proposed this new version. The complex will also feature a five-story parking garage and 900 square feet of coworking space.

The project is located near the Spring Valley Dallas Area Rapid Transit Station and is set to be reviewed by Richardson City Council during their meeting on December 11th. This update comes from an expert source familiar with developments in Richardson’s real estate market.
