**Accesso and Partners Group Sell Remount Business Park in North Charleston for $48M**
Accesso, in partnership with equity investor Partners Group, has sold Remount Business Park—a Class A, master-planned office and industrial park located in North Charleston, South Carolina—for $48 million. The buyer is Accordia Realty.
The property includes two buildings: Remount I, a 199,964-square-foot facility located at 1101 Remount Road, and Remount II, a 105,150-square-foot building located at 1141 Remount Road. The business park caters primarily to military and engineering professionals engaged in defense and space contracts by combining modern workspace design with stringent physical security features.
Strategically positioned near the intersection of North Rhett Avenue and Remount Road, the site sits adjacent to the entrance of Naval Weapons Station Charleston. Key features of the facilities include private entrances, 18-foot clear ceiling heights, 40-by-40 foot bay sizes, and a parking ratio of four spaces per 1,000 square feet.
The transaction was arranged by CBRE’s Patrick Gildea, Matt Smith, Robert Hardaway, Charlie Carmody, Chip Sealy, and Will Yowell. Representing the seller were Jay O’Meara, Justin Parsonnet, and Ryan Reethof of Newmark.
