**Accesso Acquires 76 Acres for $1 Billion Ovation Orlando Development**
Accesso has acquired more than 76 acres of prime land at the northeast intersection of Interstate 4 and U.S. Highway 192 in Osceola County, within the Orlando metropolitan area. The site, which sold for over $70 million, will be the future home of Ovation Orlando—a $1 billion master-planned mixed-use entertainment district. Groundbreaking is scheduled for the first quarter of 2026.
Strategically located approximately one mile east of Walt Disney World and directly across from Celebration, Ovation Orlando is designed to become the city’s next signature destination. The development will feature 670,000 square feet of retail space and dining establishments, including music-themed restaurants, along with lifestyle amenities, cultural experiences, entertainment venues, hotels, and condominiums.
Upon completion, Ovation Orlando is set to include multiple hotel properties. These will comprise a 4-star, full-service hotel offering 350 rooms, as well as two select-service hotels with 150 and 175 rooms, respectively. The district will offer upscale retail options featuring both established brands and emerging concepts, in addition to one-of-a-kind flagship attractions.
Entertainment offerings will be robust, incorporating live music performances, comedy clubs, themed attractions, bowling, nightlife venues, and a variety of dining experiences. With its entertainment-driven design and prime location, Ovation Orlando aims to redefine the retail and leisure landscape in Central Florida.
