Construction is currently underway on 919 Fulton, a highly anticipated new office development in Chicago. The project, located in the bustling Fulton Market neighborhood, is being designed by FitzGerald, a renowned architecture and design firm based in the city.
Skender and Fulton Street Companies held a groundbreaking ceremony for the 11-story mixed-use building late last year. Spanning over 409,000 square feet of space, it will be one of the few new office developments in this area. The anchor tenant will be Harrison Street Real Estate Capital with plans to occupy 112,000 square feet while Gibsons Restaurant Group has announced its intention to open a large restaurant spanning over 15
