Princeton International Properties has recently secured new five-year leases totaling over 11,000 square feet at 90 Broad Street. The building, located in the Financial District, boasts a total of 25 stories and spans over 417,068 square feet. Among its notable tenants are Select Office Suites and Sher Tremonte LLP.

The landlord was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Aron Schreier, Mac Mombello and Max Mond in these lease agreements. FHI Studio will occupy a space of 4,977 square feet on the building’s eleventh floor while Student Sponsor Partners has leased out an area of 4,463 square feet on the fourth floor.
