The Feil Organization has recently signed two leases for a total of 15,126 square feet at their office tower located at 853 Broadway. The first lease is with Nourish, a food-as-medicine platform that will occupy the entire 15th floor. The second lease is with Lepercq de Neuflize & Co., an investment firm that will expand its footprint to occupy the entire 16th floor.
According to Andrew Wiener, head of commercial leasing for the Feil Organization, these new leases demonstrate the high quality and desirability of their spaces at 853 Broadway. He also emphasized Feil’s commitment to providing exceptional environments for their tenants.
Feil was represented by in-house agents Andrew Wiener, Rob Fisher and Henry Korzec during these transactions. Nourish was represented by Douglas Regal from JLL while David Stockel from CBRE represented Lepercq de Neuflize & Co. These two new leases follow another recent signing in October with Personetics, a global leader in financial services software who leased out 7,004 square feet within the building.
