The Feil Organization has recently signed a 10-year lease for 20,955 square feet at 551 Fifth Avenue with Eaglestone LLC. This holding company specializes in acquiring and supporting companies in the mechanical, fire protection, plumbing, and electrical sectors primarily in the Northeast region.
As part of this lease agreement, PJ Mechanical (a subsidiary of Eaglestone LLC) will be relocating to this new space along with offices for NYE&E (another subsidiary) and corporate headquarters for Eaglestone LLC. The move was necessary due to an office-to-residential conversion at their previous location on Broad Street as well as a desire to consolidate office space.
The rent agreed upon was $58 per square foot for this Class-A office skyscraper known as the Fred F. French Building or New York City landmark completed back in 1927. Andrew Wiener and Randall Briskin represented Feil internally during negotiations.
