The Durst Organization and The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey have announced that seven tenants have signed leases totaling nearly 50,000 square feet at One World Trade Center. Three new deals and four renewals make up the leases. LMAX Group, a global financial technology firm, has taken 7,945 square feet on the 76th floor while alternative asset management firm OnyxPoint Global Management has leased 3,510 square feet on the 45th floor. Renewing tenants include internet service provider Pilot Fiber; health tech company Capital Rx; global provider of artificial intelligence Fractal Analytics; and private equity firm Campisano Capital. This recent lease agreement marks another success for One World Trade Center with seven tenants signing nearly 50K sqft worth of contracts combined between three new deals & four renewals – an impressive feat indeed!
