Next summer, Convene – a company specializing in hosting events and meetings – will open its doors at Hudson Yards. This new location will occupy the entire 72,000-square-foot floor on Level 24 of the building and have a maximum capacity of nearly 1,500 guests across ten unique event spaces.
The dedicated lobby for Convene’s space will be located on the ground floor with an area of approximately 2,770 square feet. It will also serve as both a welcome center and experiential showroom for their portfolio of brands.
According to Brian Holland, head of real estate at Convene: “New York City remains one of the top destinations for corporate meetings and events worldwide.” With many existing clients headquartered or having significant presence at Hudson Yards already, this opportunity allows them to better serve their global client base in one iconic mixed-use destination.
CBRE brokered both sides of this transaction with Rocco Laginestra representing Convene and Robert Alexander representing the prime tenant. In-house representatives Stephen Winter and Elliot Karp represented Related Companies.
