The Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation recently held its annual meeting to celebrate 25 years of success. The nonprofit is dedicated to raising funds for cancer research and providing real estate education opportunities for future professionals.

The meeting took place at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, a key partner in the Foundation’s efforts towards cancer research. Kristen Young, Executive Director of the Foundation, presented an impressive list of achievements in both fields – including $4 million raised for research and $500,000 awarded in scholarships.

Attendees also heard updates on recent developments in both cancer research labs and real estate education programs and events. In early 2024 alone, the foundation hosted its popular Eisenopoly event which brought in over $215k; saw record participation at their Real Estate Challenge competition; as well as launched Embarc – a program sponsored by Wintrust that gave 100 high school students from Simeon Academy an exclusive tour of Wintrust Arena located right here Chicago!
