KLNB, the leading privately owned commercial real estate brokerage firm in the Mid-Atlantic region, has been chosen as the official leasing agent for two properties located in Rockville, Maryland: Parklawn Business Park and Charleston Business Center. These properties were acquired by an affiliate of Polinger Company in Q3 of 2023. The KLNB team, led by Principals Ken Fellows and Rob Pugh along with Transaction Manager Keiry Martinez, will be responsible for overseeing leasing activities for three multistory office buildings and two industrial buildings.
The portfolio spans over 230,000 square feet and offers a variety of residential options as well as SPEC suites to cater to potential tenants. In addition to office spaces, there are also industrial areas available that can serve as storage or warehouse facilities.
