Lee & Associates, a leading national provider of commercial real estate services in North America, recently facilitated a new lease transaction for an industrial building located at 2525 Armitage Avenue in Melrose Park, Illinois. The 210,524-square-foot facility was secured by CCS Contractor Equipment & Supply LLC and represented by Jeff Provenza from Lee & Associates’ Illinois office. The owner of the property, Armitage 2525 LLC was represented by Colin Green from CBRE.
Provenza commented on the deal stating that it provided his client with access to Melrose Park’s highly skilled labor force. This former “compounding” or “batching” facility boasts processing and packaging capabilities for the hair care industry as well as a modern research and design area. With seven distinct buildings ranging from 1960 to 2009 on nearly twenty acres of land, this corporate campus offers over half a million square feet of space with high-quality offices included.
