TRS has recently announced two new lease agreements at the I-94 Distribution Center in Rogers, Minnesota. The deals involve a total of 116,042 square feet of warehouse space and 66,179 square feet of outdoor space. This brings the distribution center’s occupancy to full capacity as it currently stands at 297,756 square feet. The property owner Dalfen Industrial is represented by TRS Industrial Services brokers Nate Erickson and Alex Baron while ABC Supply was represented by Joe Owen from Colliers and UPAC2 was represented by Austin Lovin from CBRE.
One of the new tenants is ABC Supply Co., Inc., which is known as North America’s largest wholesale distributor for roofing materials and other select building products for both exterior and interior use. They have signed a lease for an indoor area measuring 49,954 square feet along with secure outdoor space that spans approximately 1.5 acres (66,179 sq ft). Meanwhile UPAC2 will occupy another portion within the property measuring around 66,088 square feet; they are a company specializing in food packaging services.
