Brooks Brothers is set to open a new global flagship store at 195 Broadway, which will mark its return to the Lower Manhattan neighborhood where it was first launched over two centuries ago. The space, spanning 9,871 square feet across the ground floor and cellar levels of L&L Holding Company’s redeveloped building, will be leased for 10 years and is expected to open in spring of 2025.
According to David Levinson, chairman and CEO of L&L Holding Company: “We are delighted to partner with Brooks Brothers as they make their triumphant return to Lower Manhattan. As we were redeveloping the lobby at 195 Broadway into a magnificent space, we knew that Brooks Brothers would be an ideal fit for this iconic Downtown location. The lease was negotiated by Alan Schmerzler from Cushman & Wakefield on behalf of L&L Holding while Eric Gelber and Jordan Kaplan from CBRE represented Brooks Brothers.
