Marcus & Millichap, a leading real estate investment firm, recently facilitated the sale of McLaren Macomb-Gratiot Medical Building in Clinton Township, Michigan. The 17,333-square-foot medical office property was sold for $3.53 million.
The transaction was handled by Seth Haron, Ashish Vakhariya and Darin Gross from Marcus & Millichap’s Detroit office. They were responsible for marketing the property on behalf of the seller, Platform Ventures LLC and successfully procured Nova Sky Investments LLC as the buyer. The building is fully leased to McLaren Macomb Hospital’s subsidiary company.
According to Haron: “This multi-specialty clinic is an integral part of McLaren’s residency program and benefits from its strategic location near their affiliated 288-bed hospital.” He added that due to its strong tenant profile and prime location, there was significant interest from investors which resulted in multiple offers being received within just 67 days. Ultimately a local Michigan-based investment firm emerged as the successful buyer.
This sale marks another successful transaction for Marcus & Millichap in their efforts to connect buyers with high-quality commercial properties across various markets nationwide.
