LH Charney has achieved full occupancy in its retail space at 1410 Broadway in Times Square, following three new lease agreements totaling over 7,000 square feet. Israeli cuisine restaurant Miznon and Hawaiian fast-casual restaurant Poke Bowl have signed on as tenants, while Pret a Manger renewed its lease.

The capital improvement program recently completed by LH Charney included renovations of the lobby, common areas, restrooms and elevators at 1410 Broadway. The neighboring building – 1441 Broadway – also achieved full occupancy in 2022 for its retail space.
