The existing fuel terminal on the site will be demolished to make way for this new venture which is set to break ground in early 2024 and reach completion by the first quarter of 2025. Meinhardt & Associates have been entrusted with designing Constellation Mustang Crossing which boasts building sizes ranging from103,000 square feet to188,000 square feet – making it suitable for a diverse range of users varying from30,000 sf up to188 ,000squarefeet . Additionally,it enjoys close proximity (just six miles)tothe Dallas Fort Worth International Airport.
Scott Ellerman from Constellations expresses his confidence about DFW market stating that “We anticipate continued demand driven by robust fundamentals such as population growth,e-commerce expansion,and increasing inventory levels.” This joint venture marks yet another milestone achievement towards constructing one million SF business park at Southlake without mentioning any specific names or brands.
