Blue Ridge Industrial recently acquired a significant portfolio of industrial properties in the Triad region. According to reports from the Triad Business Journal, this acquisition was made for $105 million and includes 38 buildings on 23 parcels. The total area of these projects is over 1.43 million square feet, spread across more than 125 acres near Kernersville.

The largest parcel in this portfolio is located at 1203 South Park Drive and covers an impressive area of 30.15 acres with a building space totaling to be approximately277,250 square feet.

This purchase marks Blue Ridge Industrial’s continued growth as they have already acquired a total of47 industrial buildings since2018 in six different markets including Charlotte and Raleigh, amounting to over2 million square feet altogether.Additionally,BRI has also completed transactions in other markets such as Texas,Tennessee,and Nevada.
