Fulton Street Companies (FSC) has secured a 15,000-square-foot ground-floor lease with Gibsons Restaurant Group (GRG) for their latest tower project, 919 West Fulton Street in Chicago’s bustling Fulton Market district. The new 11-story office building spans over 400,000 square feet and is currently under construction. GRG’s newest location will be their thirteenth in the Chicago area and will feature a yet-to-be-decided concept.
The lease negotiations were directly handled by Alex Najem and Ross Babel of FSC. “We are delighted to have Steve Lombardo and his renowned restaurant group join our newest property in Fulton Market,” stated CEO Alex Najem.
With over five decades of experience founding and operating restaurants, Stephen Lombardo Jr.’s expertise is unmatched. In addition to Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse which opened its doors in 1989 with partner Hugo Ralli, GRG now boasts several successful concepts including Gibsons Italia, Hugo’s Frog Bar & Fish House,LUXBAR,and Quartino Ristorante & Wine Bar.
This announcement marks another milestone for FSC as they continue to expand their presence within the vibrant community of Fulton Market without compromising on quality or innovation.
