Integra Investments, TriStar Capital, and Lndmrk Development have recently acquired an acre of land at 3601 N. Miami Ave for $23 million. According to the South Florida Business Journal, the joint venture has proposed a 20-story office building on the south side of Interstate 195. The project will be reviewed by a city planning agency later this week.

The proposed building would span over 448,817 square feet and include amenities such as office space totaling to about 199,048 square feet along with commercial space measuring up to11,438 square feet and parking spaces for up to642 vehicles including137 electric vehicle charging stations.The design of this project is done by Miami-based Arquitectonica.

The ground floor will feature retail space measuring up to4 ,196squarefeet whiletheoffice floorswill start from theeighthfloor.Fourfloorswillhave terracesfor added convenienceand there will also be afitness centeron thenineteenthflooralongwithan amenity deck onthetwentieth floorwhich includesa full-service restaurant anda beautiful outdoor garden area.This exciting development marks another milestone in Miami’s growing real estate market.
