Grind Capital Group is considering a small town for the development of a large industrial project. The company has proposed to the City of Greensboro, Georgia to construct an advanced manufacturing campus worth $200 million. This potential project would occupy 350 acres near I-20, located approximately one hour outside of Atlanta.

The Greensboro venture comprises five buildings with a total area spanning 2.6 million square feet. Grind Capital Group is currently undergoing the rezoning process with the town’s population of 3,500 residents.

According to recent reports from Atlanta Business Journal, I-20 was ranked as one of the most cost-effective high-tech corridors in America earlier this year. This interstate has already attracted major projects such as Rivian’s $5 billion electric vehicle plant and Meta Platform Inc.’s data center campus in Social Circle.
