Developer TWO Capital Partners and property management firm RAM Partners have formed a partnership to launch a Built-to-Rent team. This offering is touted as being 30% more affordable than owning a home with current mortgage rates, while also providing the added benefit of a maintenance-free lifestyle.
The goal of this collaboration is to develop over 2,300 single-family rental homes across the Southeastern United States within the next two years. According to Ralph B. Wilson III, CEO of TWO Capital Partners, their strategic acquisition of development sites near major thoroughfares will provide convenient access to interstates and key employment centers for their Tessa single-family rental communities.
The first community under this joint venture is Tessa Barrow Crossing in Winder, Georgia.
