Lincoln Property Group has been making major moves in recent months. From separating its residential division to rebranding its multifamily sector and relocating to new headquarters.
The Dallas-based company, established in 1965, proudly presents its latest headquarters project developed by Lincoln itself. The mixed-use development, known as 8111 Douglas, was completed this year and boasts two impressive 13-story towers. Lincoln’s HQ is situated within the office tower which offers a generous 225,000 square feet of top-notch office and retail space. Adjacent to it is a luxurious residential tower with connected access containing an average of 128 apartments spanning over an impressive size of approximately 1,400 square feet each. Notable amenities include a penthouse meeting area showcasing breathtaking city views along with on-site fitness facilities and even a pickleball court.
This relocation follows shortly after the sale of Lincoln Property Co.’s residential division to Ontario-based Cadillac Fairview earlier this year. Just recently announced was the rebranding of their multifamily department now known as Willow Bridge Property Company . With their new Dallas HQ added into their portfolio mix , Lincoln currently operates from an astounding number totaling up at least thirty-five offices scattered across both U.S.A & Europe .
