Springbone Kitchen, a popular fast-casual restaurant known for its bone broth and healthy menu options, is set to open a new location at 1155 Avenue of the Americas in Midtown. The outpost will span over 2,000 square feet on the ground floor and lower level of an office tower. Springbone prides itself on offering gluten- and seed-oil-free dishes made with high-quality ingredients such as 100% grass-fed meats.

The property where Springbone will be located recently underwent a $130 million renovation by The Durst Organization. This included significant architectural improvements like a beautifully landscaped entry plaza on West 44th Street.

Representing themselves were Rocco Romeo and Nora Caliban from The Durst Organization, while Lee & Associates NYC’s Brad Schwarz and JP Sutro assisted them in securing the deal. On behalf of Springbone Kitchen was Jon Spadafino along with Adam Langer from SRS Brokerage.

The announcement that Springbone Kitchen will be opening its doors in Midtown marks another exciting addition to this bustling area’s dining scene.
