Keystone Construction Company, a Missouri-based firm specializing in office, industrial, healthcare and retail projects, has commenced construction on a new $5 million headquarters for SourceOne Solutions LLC. The commercial lighting solutions company’s 37,500-square-foot building will be located in the suburb of O’Fallon and is expected to be completed by fall 2024. Gray Design Group is serving as the architect while Knapp Engineering and Civil & Environmental Consultants are providing engineering services.
The state-of-the-art facility will include warehouse and manufacturing space as well as 6,500 square feet of modern office space with a covered entryway and patio. Executive offices, training rooms, conference rooms,and open workstations will also be featured along with an on-site café. The project has been designed to allow for future expansion opportunities.
This development marks another milestone for Keystone Construction Company’s portfolio in Missouri’s thriving commercial real estate market.
