The hotel will feature 133 rooms and a 590-square-foot lobby cocktail lounge. With a total gross floor area of 77,579 square feet and reaching up to 60 feet high, the hotel promises to offer modern amenities for guests.
Prior to construction beginning, two homes located at the site (1610 and 1612 E. Seventh) will need to be demolished.
Mahoney Engineering has been selected as the engineer for this project while MPA Architecture has been chosen as the architect.
