The Orlando Health Children’s Pavilion, set to open in 2026, will offer over 30 specialized pediatric services. This ambitious project is the largest undertaking by the hospital’s associated foundation. The nonprofit organization, Orlando Health Foundation, has taken on the task of fundraising for the entire cost of this six-story building spanning 190,000 square feet. Construction estimates have reached up to $160 million.

According to a report by The Orlando Business Journal, construction will take place across from the established Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children with its 156 beds. In December of last year alone, Dr. Phillips Charities generously donated $6 million towards this venture and other individuals have also contributed multimillion-dollar amounts.

With assets totaling $8.1 billion and revenue reaching $5.2 billion in 2022 alone , Orlando Health plans on beginning construction in January with an anticipated opening date later that same year.
