Boot Barn Holdings Inc. has announced plans to relocate its headquarters to the Irvine Co.’s Spectrum Terrace office campus, according to a report by the Orange County Business Journal. The apparel company will occupy an entire building at the campus in 2024, taking over space previously leased by Alteryx Inc. and Kajabi LLC.

The new agreement covers approximately 116,000 square feet of space, representing a significant increase from Boot Barn’s current location in Irvine. This expansion is driven by continued growth for the western-focused retailer, which recently reported better-than-expected fiscal first-quarter results.

CEO Jim Conroy stated that as Boot Barn continues to expand, their Store Support Center based in Irvine requires more room for operations. With a history spanning 45 years and recognition as the largest western and work wear retailer nationwide, this move reflects their ongoing success.
