Sakaar, a partnership between Pratik Chandarana, Laxmi Kommana, Avni Patel and Srikanth Somaysula, has secured a 10,288 square foot space at Padonia Village Shopping Center in Maryland for the opening of their new childcare and early education center under the Lightbridge Academy franchise. This will be the first location in Maryland for Lightbridge Academy which currently has over 70 locations across 13 states in the U.S. The shopping center is anchored by Lidl and boasts an outdoor play area of approximately 6,000 square feet with capacity for around 135 students.
According to Avni Patel: “As we expand our franchise rights to include Maryland and parts of Northern Virginia, it was crucial that our first site sets us up for long-term success. We are confident that Padonia Village provides all necessary elements to achieve this.”
The landlord was represented by Blake Dickinson and Dominique Threatt from CRC while Santo Perri from A Premier Real Estate Agency represented the tenant during lease negotiations.
This marks another milestone as Lightbridge Academy continues its nationwide expansion without compromising on quality care and education standards.
