With over seven years of experience in the real estate appraisal industry, Alexander brings valuable expertise to the company. He previously held positions at Partner Valuation Advisors and Valbridge Property Advisors before joining Kidder Mathews.
In addition to this exciting addition to their team, Kidder Mathews also announced Randall Clemson as the new Executive Vice President of their Valuation Advisory Services (VAS) department. In his role, Clemson will oversee recruitment and business development for VAS across all 20 offices of the firm. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews five years ago in Phoenix, he successfully ran Strategic Valuation Group for over 10 years and was consistently ranked as a top-producing appraiser at CBRE.
