As a renowned photographer, David Yarrow has used his camera to tell stories for decades. On a special edition of Walker Webcast, Yarrow took the stage as a solo act to provide an illustrated guide into his creative process. His journey began with capturing iconic moments such as Diego Armando Maradona’s celebration after Argentina won the 1986 FIFA World Cup and has since evolved over time.

Yarrow shared how he works with subjects ranging from wildlife to supermodels and world-class athletes while acknowledging influences from Ansel Adams and movie directors like Jaws which sparked his fascination with great white sharks. He also told the audience about photographing golf greats Jack Nicklaus and Gary Player at Nicklaus’ Bear Club in Jupiter, FL where they had to turn it into a dive bar for one day in order get just the right shot!
At this point in time, Yarrow concluded by expressing admiration for America – looking beyond its current divisiveness – noting that no other country comes close when it comes positivity towards collaboration or helping others achieve their dreams than America does today .
