High Street Residential (HSR) is undertaking a three-phase project in Pflugerville, Texas that will result in the construction of over 1,400 units. HSR and its joint venture partner CBRE Investment Management have started work on The Merle on Howard, a residential community spread across 60 acres.
Phase one of the project spans 17 acres and includes 444 units with 15 garden-style apartment buildings and five townhome buildings. Residents are expected to move into The Merle on Howard by fall 2025.
The development offers an extensive amenity collection including an 11,000 square foot resident clubhouse with dedicated work-from-home space; expansive fitness center; golf simulator lounge; resort style pool featuring pool house, ample lounge seating and cabanas; as well as pickleball courts, basketball courts playscape and jogging trails at the amenity park.
