Anthem Development has begun construction on the first phase of a Transit-Oriented District surrounding Dallas Area Rapid Transit’s (DART) Lake Ray Hubbard Station in Garland. This initial phase includes Lofts iThirty, a 340-unit, $64 million Class-A multifamily project located at 6302 Greenbelt Parkway with an estimated opening date of fourth quarter 2024.
Lofts iThirty will offer five four story buildings with amenities such as two resort style pools, pet spa, park and game room; coffee bar and remote work sky lounge; outdoor kitchens; elevator access and climate controlled corridors plus two 24 hour fitness centers totaling over 3500 square feet.
The rezoning effort for this mixed use project was completed after 18 months in conjunction with DART Wal Mart Kimley Horn and the City of Garland which was permitted last month. The American Planners Association awarded it for its innovative approach while calling for redevelopment of the DART station along with two adjacent retail & hospitality pad sites that are currently being marketed.
