In partnership with Argosy Real Estate Partners, Waterton is developing an 17 acre Qualified Opportunity Zone site in Oakhurst California as Outbound Yosemite Resort – a 135 key outdoor inspired lifestyle hotel providing travelers with an alternative accommodation option that embraces its surroundings so they can disconnect from their daily lives to reconnect with nature.
