Brennan Investment Group has partnered with Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners to acquire a 160,561-square-foot freestanding manufacturing and distribution facility located in the Rancho California Business Park at 43195 Business Park Dr. in Temecula, CA. Furniture City will lease the building back on a short-term basis as it builds a larger facility elsewhere.

The 11.5 acre property features 1.5 acres of secure fenced yard space for additional truck and trailer parking plus 15,000 square feet of office space and an additional 15,000 square feet of HVAC production area to accommodate diverse business needs.
