Developers M.R. Development Corp. and Carleton Development Ltd. are planning a mixed-use project in Mansfield, Texas that will include multi-family residential, rowhouse, neighborhood-oriented commercial and civic space called the Campbell Development. This destination is focused on distinct architecture and complimentary amenities located south of the Julian apartment development near Toll Road 360.
The Dallas Business Journal reports that to incentivize this project, the City of Mansfield is offering up funding for necessary road improvements with a grant totaling $300K if certain conditions are met by the developer; including making a capital investment of no less than $60 million for construction completion as well as obtaining certificate of occupancy no later than June 30th 2026 to receive full payment from city funds .
This ambitious development looks to create an attractive mixed use destination in Mansfield while providing much needed infrastructure upgrades within its vicinity!
