Toll Brothers Apartment Living has landed construction financing for a 313-unit rental project in Phoenix. Multihousing News reports the developer and joint venture partner EJF Capital first announced plans for Henri in October 2022, breaking ground on the development in July. Banc of California provided a $65 million construction loan to fund the property, which is being designed by Architects Orange.

Henri will feature more than 36,000 square feet of amenities including: resident lounge; club and game room; library and study room; chef demonstration kitchen with dining area; collaborative coworking spaces; listening lounge with studio booths; resort-style pool and courtyard as well as rooftop deck space all within pet-friendly services. Additionally, there will be 455 parking spaces available along with electric vehicle charging stations located inside a garage on site.

This marks Toll Brothers’ fourth community within the Phoenix metro area following their 403 unit Callia multifamily project (in partnership with The Davis Cos.) that broke ground back in May 2020 along side their 323 unit Haverly apartment community opened November 2019
