Sandra and Ken Julian, franchise owners of The Goddard School, have chosen BWI Tech Park in Linthicum, Maryland as the location for their new early childhood education center. St. John Properties signed a lease with the Julians for 12,000 square feet of space at 505 Progress Drive and they anticipate opening by the end of 2023.
This will be the second franchised location for Sandra and Ken Julian; their first being The Goddard School located in Pasadena. This new school will feature 11 classrooms with an indoor gymnasium along with outdoor learning areas including multiple playgrounds plus advanced filtration and sanitization equipment to ensure safety protocols are met. It is expected to serve over 150 children while providing around 40 teaching jobs within its local community upon completion .
Lacey Johansson from St John Properties represented landlord interests while David Fritz from KLNB acted on behalf of tenant interests during this transaction process .
The upcoming early childhood education center promises to bring much needed resources into Linthicum’s BWI Tech Park area by year-end 2023
