Multiple partners are teaming up to develop a mixed-use center in East Mesa, Arizona. The activity will be centered at the corner of Signal Butte Road and Southern Avenue on a 60-acre site that has sat vacant for years. The proposed Medina Station includes 851 residential units and nearly 250,000 square feet of commercial space across four parcels.

Greystar Worldwide is proposing 165 “active adult” apartments to be called Album Mountain Vista designed for residents aged 55 years and older who want to maintain an active lifestyle. Hawkins Cos., Bela Flor Communities, as well as Vivo Partners will also develop apartments while Vivo Partners will helm shops, in-line retail, eight pad sites and a mixture of full and limited-service restaurants.
