A site plan submitted to the City of Scottsdale proposes a 2 million-square-foot project that includes 1,200 residential units through multifamily housing, condominiums and workforce housing; 100,000 square feet for office space; 30K+ square feet for restaurants; 25K+ square feet for retail stores; 223 key five star hotel and 92.5K sq ft flexible space as well as an open air Central Park at its center which will be the focal point of The Parque development.
The team behind this ambitious project consists of George Kurtz himself along with David Megdal while Nelsen Partners has been tasked as its architect.
